Technique takes center stage in Coach Michelle’s Squat class, where you’ll master the fundamentals of a powerful, efficient squat. With a focus on proper stance, optimal depth, and perfect setup, Michelle’s expert powerlifting coaching helps you maximize strength while staying safe under the bar. Every rep is an opportunity to fine-tune your form, build confidence, and set the foundation for your next PB.
After your main squat work, you’ll move into carefully selected accessory exercises designed to strengthen the muscles that drive your squat - improving leg power, core stability, and overall lifting performance. Whether you’re preparing for a powerlifting competition or just want to get stronger, this session will take your squat to the next level.
