In the Girls Club Squat Class, we combine strong feminine energy with high-quality technique coaching to help you feel powerful and capable under the bar. With Coach Michelle and Coach Tyrah guiding you, you’ll learn how to squat with confidence, precision, and control - in a space designed for women to progress without pressure.
Every rep is coached with clarity and support so you understand how to lift well and feel confident doing it. You’re encouraged, guided, and taught - not rushed or compared. This is women building strength, together.
After your main sets, you’ll move through accessory work that strengthens your legs, glutes, and core. The goal is simple: help you feel stronger in your body and more connected to your technique each week.
This is the Girls Club: a focused, uplifting environment where women show up for themselves, learn properly, and build strength with purpose.
This class will help you grow in all the right ways - strong, capable, empowered.
