The Girls Club Bench Press Class is all about building real upper-body strength in a supportive environment. With expert coaching from Coach Michelle and Coach Thomas, you’ll learn to bench with proper technique, confidence, and control.

We focus on the fundamentals, breaking everything down clearly so you understand why each piece matters. Whether you're completely new or already experienced, the coaching style is patient, intentional, and empowering. It’s about learning to lift well, not rushing numbers.

After the main bench work, you’ll move through targeted upper-body accessories to strengthen your chest, shoulders, triceps, and back. These movements support your bench technique, build balanced strength, and help you feel more capable session after session.

What makes this a Girls Club session is the environment: women learning, progressing, and training together without pressure or comparison. It’s focused, encouraging, and built around helping you feel strong in your own way.

Whether you’re training for a comp or you simply want solid upper-body development, this class will help you refine your technique, improve your strength, and feel proud of your progress.
