In Coach Michelle’s Bench Press class, technique is everything. You’ll refine your bench press form with a focus on perfect grip, bar path, and body positioning to lift more weight safely and efficiently. Michelle’s expert powerlifting coaching ensures you master the fundamentals that lead to serious strength gains and improved performance on the platform.

Once your bench press sets are complete, you’ll move into targeted upper body accessory exercises for the arms, shoulders, chest, and back. These movements are designed to boost pressing strength, build muscle, and create balanced development for maximum growth and definition. Whether you’re training for a powerlifting competition or simply wanting to get stronger, this session will help you take your bench press to the next level.
