You’ll learn how to perfect your stance, grip, and posture so every lift is powerful, efficient, and safe. With years of experience in strength training and competitive powerlifting, Michelle ensures you’re building strength that lasts while avoiding common lifting mistakes.

After your main deadlift work, you’ll move through a targeted series of accessory exercises specifically chosen to improve your deadlift performance, build overall strength, and accelerate your progress. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter chasing a new PB, this session is designed to take your deadlift to the next level.
