Under the skilled guidance of Coach Michelle and Coach Tyrah, you’ll learn how to deadlift with beautiful form - from your stance and grip to your setup and posture. We break everything down in a way that feels encouraging, and beginner-friendly, so you always feel safe and confident approaching the bar.

Once your main deadlift work is complete, you’ll move through a curated series of accessories designed to help you feel stronger, move better, and build the muscles that support your deadlift. Every exercise is chosen with intention to support your body, your technique, and your long-term progress.
