The Girl’s Club Process

For many women, the hardest part isn't knowing they want to get stronger - it's knowing where to start. Walking into a busy gym can feel intimidating, overwhelming, and lonely. We wanted to create something different.

A space where women could build confidence without feeling judged. A space where the gym is theirs for the session, where coaching is available, and where they can focus on themselves in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Girls Club is built on the belief that strength training should be empowering, and enjoyable. It's a place where women can celebrate their wins, choose the music, make friends, and genuinely look forward to coming to the gym.

Most importantly, it's designed to give you everything you need to succeed - expert coaching, structured programming, accountability, community, and gym access - all in one affordable membership.

Because getting stronger shouldn't feel intimidating. It should feel like coming home.

3 x Coached Group Training Sessions Per Week

Join our supportive women's strength training sessions every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at either 6:00am or 6:00pm.
